I’ve been working with dogs since 2018, when I established my dog walking and pet care business, Alex & Friends.

I have completed a Level 4 Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma with Distinction, giving me a strong foundation in understanding behaviour, communication and the individual needs of dogs. Alongside my academic training, I have spent the past six months shadowing and learning directly from Steve Hutley of Rehabilitation and Training through a mentoring programme, gaining practical experience in assessing and supporting dogs with a range of behavioural challenges.

My experience also includes volunteering with animal rescues in Italy and the UK, as well as working in veterinary practices in London, Belfast and Colchester.

Over the years, my work has also been recognised locally, with Alex & Friends being named among the Top 3 Dog Walkers in Colchester for several consecutive years.

I am Pet First Aid Level 2 (VTQ)™ trained and Enhanced DBS checked.
